Four Steps to a Completed Job

Describe the task
What needs to be done, where and when. You can select several tasks at once — even from different categories. Photos and details will help the performer assess the scope in advance.

Set a price
Per hour or for the entire job. We'll suggest the typical market price. The amount is fixed before publication — it cannot be increased without your consent.

Choose a performer
We'll send the task to the nearest available Свободные руки on the line — in waves, like in a taxi. Usually someone accepts within 2–5 minutes. You see the rating and number of completed orders.

Pay after the job
Check the result — and pay. In cash to the performer or online by card. With online payment, the money is held in reserve and goes to the performer only when you confirm that everything is done. After that, leave a review.
What if something goes wrong
We don't leave you alone with the performer. Support is available at every stage, and the service's arbitration resolves disputes.

Describe the problem in the app — we'll connect support. With online payment, the money is in reserve, so it's easier to refund or withhold the amount in a dispute.
Dispute and Arbitration
If you and the service provider cannot reach an agreement, the dispute is handled by the service's arbitration. We review the correspondence, photo report, and order history to make a decision.

In an active order, the SOS button is always at hand: call support, record location, and speed dial 112. Support is available every day.

How long does it take to place an order?
Usually about a minute. You select a task, specify the address and time, set a price, and publish it. Then the task is automatically sent to the nearest available service providers.
How quickly will the service provider arrive?
For urgent tasks, we offer them to the nearest available service providers — usually someone picks up the order within 2–5 minutes. You can also schedule in advance for a convenient date.
Can I order several different tasks at once?
Yes. You can combine multiple tasks in one order — for example, take out the trash, assemble a cabinet, and hang shelves. Even from different categories.
