How much does it cost and how is the price formed?

You set the price yourself, and we suggest a reasonable market range. No 'we'll agree on the spot': the amount is fixed before publication, and posting an order is free.

How the price is calculated

Per hour

Suitable when the scope is unclear in advance: movers, handyman, general laborers. You pay for actual time, and you see the hourly rate before publication.

Per job

Suitable for straightforward tasks: apartment cleaning, furniture assembly, trash removal. Fixed price for the result — you know the total upfront.

Price is fixed

The amount you set does not change during the process. It cannot be increased without your consent. If there turns out to be more work, additional payment will only take effect when you confirm it.

Service commission

For the customer — 0 ₽

Posting an order is free. You only pay for the work itself — the amount you set. No fees for posting, responding, or selecting a performer.

For the performer — around 10%

A small commission is deducted only from the performer and only on completed orders. No upfront payments or fees for responses.

Service benchmarks

Below is a market benchmark for the pilot city, not a fixed price list. These are starting ranges that are adjusted based on actual transactions. The final amount is determined by the customer.

Prices are approximate and depend on volume, urgency, and area. This is not a guarantee or a public offer — you set the exact price yourself when publishing the order.

Questions and Answers

How much does it cost to call a helper?

It depends on the task. Movers — from 500 ₽/hour, apartment cleaning — from 2000 ₽, handyman — from 700 ₽/hour, furniture assembly — from 1000 ₽. You set the exact price yourself, and we suggest the market range.

Can the price increase during the work?

No. The amount you set when publishing is fixed. It cannot be increased without your consent. If it turns out there is more work, the performer will offer an additional payment — and it will only take effect if you confirm it.

Do I need to pay for posting an order?

No. Posting a task is free. A small commission is charged only from the service provider.

How much does the service charge the provider?

The commission is about 10% of the order amount. The customer pays nothing extra beyond the task price: the commission is deducted from the provider's side.

Where do the prices in the table come from?

This is a market benchmark for the pilot city — initial price ranges that are refined based on actual deals. The final amount is always set by the customer, and we only suggest a reasonable range.
