It depends on the task. Movers — from 500 ₽/hour, apartment cleaning — from 2000 ₽, handyman — from 700 ₽/hour, furniture assembly — from 1000 ₽. You set the exact price yourself, and we suggest the market range.
For urgent tasks, we offer them to the nearest available performers — usually someone picks up the order in 2–5 minutes. You can also schedule it in advance for a convenient date.
After the work is done. In cash to the performer or online by card. With online payment, the money is held in reserve and only goes to the performer after you confirm that everything is done.

Performers provide documents that our moderation checks; only those who pass the check are allowed to take orders. You can see their rating and number of completed orders. However, the check does not replace your own caution.

For home services, you can select the 'female performer only' filter. The exact address is revealed to the performer only when they have set out to you, and in an active order there is always an SOS button and the option to share the order with a loved one.
No. Publishing an order is free. A small commission is taken only from the performer.
Yes. You will need an identity document and a selfie for verification. You also need a legal status to work — for example, self-employment; the app has step-by-step help with registration.
Earnings are added to your in-app wallet after each completed order. You can withdraw to your card every day.
Yes. The app is fully translated into Uzbek, Tajik, and Kyrgyz. Select your language during registration — the entire process, orders, and support will be clear to you.
No. You decide when to go online. You can take one order a week if you want, or work every day. There's no penalty for rejecting an order.
Commission is about 10% of the order amount. Profile publishing and going online are free. No upfront payments.
It depends on the order. In some categories, tools are required, and this is clearly indicated in the order card before you accept it.
When you're online, urgent orders nearby come to you first. The higher your rating, the more often you're online, and the less you cancel accepted orders — the more orders you get. The selection rules are transparent and explained in the app.
You see the client's rating and history upfront, and new clients are marked with a 'no history' label. In an active order, there's an SOS button, and communication goes through the app — you don't have to share your phone number.
